Although my food delivery experience from this restaurant was not the best (the food arrived lukewarm and took over an hour to be delivered), I highly recommend this place if you are looking for fast food that is not greasy or high in fat. They offer some delicious authentic barbecue options, and my favorite is the Tavuk Sis, which consists of grilled chicken cubes served with fresh salad and Bulgarian wheat. It is a great option for a quick and relatively healthy meal. However, the delivery service is not efficient, so I suggest dining in at the restaurant if possible.

This restaurant provides terrible service, I highly recommend avoiding it. I have ordered from Just Eat over 200 times, and this experience was by far the worst. After a long day at the hospital, I placed my order at 6:45 for delivery at 8:05 as I would not be home earlier. Unfortunately, my wife received the food at 7:23 and told the delivery man to come back at 8:05. However, when he returned, the food was cold, messy, and looked old. Despite the delivery man's claim that it was freshly cooked, it was disgusting. The restaurant refused to speak with me, and Just Eat informed me that a refund would not be possible. Lavash ruined my evening and left me hungry. They refused to provide a replacement order. I am thoroughly disappointed by this experience of receiving cold food. I urge others not to order from this restaurant and to choose a better alternative. Please avoid ordering from them.

Awful experience! The döner meat was lacking any charred flavor. The chips were limp and not cooked properly. This is the worst meal I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere! Head to Mansfield Road for a much bigger and more delicious portion!

Wouldn 't normally complain about food but I feel I need to after tonight 's experience! Ordered food for delivery and it turns up before the time it said it was expected (great as I was starving! Only to open it to find it was cold.... I mean stone cold! My husband rang the restaurant to state this and all my husband got was abuse down the phone saying that 'it 's not their fault if it 's cold and to put it in the microwave! ' 1 I don 't have a microwave 2. The point of a takeaway is so that you don 't have to mess about cooking or warming things up after a long hard day! The very rude man on the phone also stated that the only time they change any food is if it 's poorly cooked!!! He said no food or money back will be given, why should we pay for a service that isn 't delivered! The attitude of staff is completely disgusting and to turn round and say that we should warm our own food up after ordering is completely disgusting! Will not be ordering from them again!
