Really nice pub, gotte atmosphere and good homemade foods that don't stout their bags. we ordered a brain cake and a lamb shaft with chips instead of maic, it came with maic by mistake, but was sorted quite quickly. the food was lovely! sweet beer garden, beautiful little sunfall, a lot of seating. return to any case and is highly recommended to friends and family.

Brilliant pub, great traditional warm atmosphere that has been lost in many traditional city pubs. beautiful beer garden and friendly staff. good prices too.

Excellent Sunday lunch very good value for money nice andd hot. Extra gravy and condiments came out with the dinner so didn't have to ask for anything top marks well done

Friendly local pub with good staff who go above and beyond whats expected to make you feel welcome. They have a great menu full of pub favourites. The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable indeed. Definitely a good place to go for a pint and a bite to eat.
