We waited over 20 minutes for our in-store order, which was just a few drinks. Was confused because they had almost 10 people working and the store was not crowded. Seems they need to work on efficiency. Service: Take out Price per person: $20–30

Drinks are good, but not enough employees. When walk-ins, online and drive thru orders are being taken at the same time in the mornings, the lines are slow. 15 to 20 min to get coffee on the way to work in ridiculous Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Order through phone before leaving my house and was there after 15 minutes and my order was still not made. Had to take a seat for another 10 minutes, i had 3 drinks i see 1 was messed up which wasn’t for me but for my co-worker so i asked an employee to fixed it. I know you are busy i did get that but what was that attitude for. She gave me a look and attitude like i was the one wrong here and gave my order wrong. If you are late and want to grab a coffee because its on your way no don’t unless yoh want to wait for 20-25 minutes.
