Great bagels, great service, despite a posted sign, to be patient as they were short workers. a very short waiting time, it is worth for fresh bagels, and good hot coffee served with a smile of friendly staff.

I've been around for over 10 years by cafe fresh bagel. I visited this restaurant 3 4 times a week and am in a strong position to give my long-term perspective on its overall quality and consistency. cafe fresh bagel is really a restaurant the highest around the quality! their quality and selection of bagels is excellent throughout. their ice-base sandwiches are very tasty and generous in size! and their nowa lox sandwiches! I am also very satisfied with their quality and selection of both hot and icey coffee! the restaurant owners dorothy and dina are particularly pleasant and polite! So her team member is worried. her bagelchef mike is a great guy who is very personal and a true around gentleman! I give this all around really excellent restaurant my highest possible rating!

Bagels are always delicious and I don't know about these other reviews about rude staff but have always had a good experience dealing with the staff. Maybe people need to learn how to speak to others before judging.

I have been a long time customer of Cafe Fresh Bagel for over 10 years. Cafe Fresh Bagel is truly a restaurant of the highest all around quality! Their quality and selection of bagels is consistently excellent. Their egg based sandwiches are very tasty and generous in size! So are their Nova Lox sandwiches! I am also quite happy with their quality and selection of both hot and iced coffees! I am a very strict guy when it comes to all relationships and I take a zero tolerance approach to rude, unpleasant and or unprofessional behavior. Anyone who knows me sees my humorous exterior but beneath the surface I am a strict no nonsense individual. Strict mutual respect at all times is of the utmost importance to me and I accept nothing less! I can openly state that the cafe owners Dorothy and Dina in particular are most pleasant and polite at all times! So is their team member George. Their Bagel chef Mike is a great guy who is very personable and a true all around gentleman! I have never seen in my over 10 years as a regular customer any rude or unpleasant interactions by the entire staff at Cafe Fresh Bagel. I give this all around truly excellent restaurant my highest possible rating!

It is convenient to pop in, however food is ok, greasy, and discolored a little and flavor isn't quite right. The customer service is so awful, they stare at you, do not say hi back, refuse to take your complete order, coffee and breakfast sandwich, and let you pay like every other similar coffee shop in the state I have been to ever. Whichever you say first, coffee or breakfast sandwch, they run away from POS system and focus on that while you stand there and others wait in line, then they come back for second item, run away again immediately after ordered, make that after handing slip back and a forth to different staff who always look all confused. And when I asked to order everything, and pay in one move, then put coffee at pick up counter when ready and call it out and same with sandwich, I was told they do not want me there and to leave. At least that makes sense because that's how they treated me and most other customers too. So I won't come back. It's a **** show to order here and when I smile and say hi they growl back. See other reviews, many people had a similar experience of being treated poorly and getting awful service. They are clueless. Have any of them worked in a restaurant or coffee shop before? They have two lines, a credit card one and all cash one, that causes back ups and they get nasty and angry if some is in wrong line, not me but others have been embarassed, shamed and put on with faces and attititude. This place isn't right. Angry staff and it appears the owner is always goofing off and not helping and watching unless they insist he help. Mean, nasty, slow, weird.
