Bidrage med feedbackThey have visited the norwood hotel with a buck of people who were booked this day. ordered our lunch, which was roasted by the day. a few got their meal the rest waited and waited and finally got a meal, not the brat of the day. the hotel ran out of the fry! the hotel gave us all good-looking instead of the problems she and we met this day. and what? the same happened! is the mismanagement of management or what? not impressed!
Eat them here a few times and eat is always average. they have the T-bone deal a few times that are pretty good value for $13, but the salat is always old and sad and sometimes they get their steak as they like it, sometimes not. We had 2 the lobster and rag deal and others had the T-bonus deal. asked for med-rare, well made to all, sent 2 back when the lobster steak special was $35 and I wasn't there to eat my well made steak for this amount. they have repaired and apologised, but this place is so incompatible, we only do not know whether it is worth returning.
Here for vater's day. the food agreement was only 1 lunch and the other free! eating was great, but the portions a bit on the little side. the Irish beer we all ordered was great. the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. we met with other friends and spent four hours drinking and enjoying each other company. family friendly. will return safely.
6 words: food is delicious, service is ****. When we went through the door, there was no one to tell us where we could sit or even ask how many people. We had to ask a person at the bar and he told us the right hand side were all booked and we could sit on the left hand side. Lucky we asked before sitting down.... I ordered the Spanish stew which was on the special board and they gave me the beef stew. The man-who-I-think-is-manager apologised and said he can refund us the difference, but he never came back.... lucky it was only a dollar difference. Lucky the food is great, otherwise this place would’ve deserved a zero.
The Norwood Hotel is located in a landmark location on the corner of The Parade and Osmond Terrace in Norwood. Serving the people of Adelaide for over 100 years, this institution incorporates the Irish pub, Fin MacCool’s, and the Osmond Terrace Function Centre, next door. They’re well known for their live music as well as their extensive range of beers. As for the food, it’s modern Australian cuisine with something to suit everyone’s taste.
