Chicken Time - Norwood

Average food - just your normal fish and chip shop. The chips are good though. The WORST phone manner I have ever experienced. They are consistently rude on the phone - they don't even say who they are when they pick up, they just say "hi" (it's more of a grunt though)! Marginally better in store. The staff need a good kick up their ass to make more of an effort. Grumpy staff normally means bad management.

Always friendly and efficient service. Fresh salads. It gets busy but they always have enough staff to ensure no long waits.

Always really polite and welcoming, nothing too much troubleOccasionally throw in an extra qtr chicken or the like.

Have always had great service and food from here The chips are usually great and always happy to make to order.

Frida is very good at her job would really recommend promoting her. She makes the shop better and I really like the new girl Harriette. Great job everyone
