The Cherry Tree - Norwich

Had fish and chips over the Jubilee Bank Holiday.... It was very busy when I ordered but considering this, the food was 10/10. Very large piece of fish, perfectly cooked and exceptional batter. Plenty of well cooked chips and classic mushy peas. Although I ordered at probably their busiest time, the food was 15 minutes, fresh and perfectly cooked with a great portion size. Service at the bar is excellent too, quick, apologetic if there is a wait and the prices are very fair considering other local pubs prices. Every little helps these days. Great service and food, order with confidence. Well done everyone working at the Cherry Tree!

Just been for lunch having heard it had been taken over by new managers. Prhe place looked fresh and clean after a new paint job. The new managers were really friendly and welcoming. The food was really good value, Cowboy burger, hunters chicken and a side for under £20. It tasted great and we will definitely be back soon with family.

Went in there last week on Friday and was honestly amazed at the recent changes. The people who were working there from 12 3 were super nice, helpful and fast! We had the dirty fries share plate for dinner and will definitely be having those again

Went to the 80s Motown night last night! Great music by Trina! lovely atmosphere, staff on point as always This place has changed so much for better in the last few months, so much more busier and been so many great events to enjoy! Bring on the next one!!

Went for a meal here last week for my friend's 60th birthday. Staff were very friendly, food came in good time and was delicious!! great value for money!! Will definitely be returning
