Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is absolutely terrible. The first time I ordered, they delivered all the wrong items. Today, when I tried to use a voucher they gave me, the food never arrived. What's even more frustrating is that the restaurant never answers their phone so you can speak with someone! Do not recommend at all.
Pizza hut Aylsham Road did it again. Excellent pizza, quick service Delivery driver Attila, very polite, nice and respectful. Well done!
2 hours late. Phoned the place 6 or 7 times and received the answering machine every time. The first time I ordered, it said the pizza had already been delivered. I had to contact JustEat as I could not get through to the restaurant ^See how many times I rang them above^ Then, when they finally did show up with our pizza 2 hours later... I ask if we could have a full refund and the driver said 'No, partial ' and got back in his car and drove off. Moments ago, I receive a text message saying I will receive a £3 refund. £3?!!!!! For 2 hours late AND I tried to contact them via phone 6 7 times?! Sorry but what justifies a FULL refund then?!! ALSO, This has not been the first time I 've received bad customer service from this Pizza hut! I once ordered a pizza via JustEat and wanted to order it for a later time, as my partner would be arriving home late. So it all went through okay, so I had my earphones in listening to music because I wasn 't expecting anyone AT THAT TIME. And when I finally heard the door, I answer it and the man was really angry at me! I then rang Pizza Hut to which someone said that they do not receive the instruction of the TIME frame, of which it should be made for and that it is JustEats fault How is any of this excuse MY issue? Answer IT 'S NOT! AND ANOTHER TIME, I ordered 1 x GLUTEN FREE pizza and 1 X NORMAL CRUST pizza what shows up? 2 X NORMAL CRUST pizza 's. I can 't eat gluten way to go Pizza Hut! Seriously won 't be buying from here EVER again!!!
We visited Pizza Hut Takeaway on Aylsham Road in Norwich and were disappointed with our experience. We ordered 2 small pizzas for the kids and two regular pizzas for the adults with Garlic bread. However, we received 4 extra-large pizzas instead, but were only charged for the small ones. When we got home and opened the boxes, we found that the veggie pizza had meat on it and all the pizzas were swimming in grease, making the crust soggy and wet. The grease had even soaked through the bottom of the box, causing half of the pizza to spill out. We called the restaurant to complain but were simply brushed off with a "thank you for pointing this out." We usually dine in at Longwater but opted for takeaway due to the pandemic. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the lack of customer service. My girlfriend, who is a nurse, even took a sample of the pizza to be tested for proper cooking and safety. Kitchens with well-known brand names like Pizza Hut should not be serving such low-quality and unappetizing food.
I spent £20 on a large pizza and chicken goujons, which was enough to feed two adults and two toddlers. We opted for delivery since we are currently in lockdown. The food was surprisingly good, and I was taken aback to see the restaurant with low ratings.
