O Yes Kebab - Norwich

O'Yes is typically known for their delicious chicken, but they disappointed this time with only 2 tough and overcooked pieces.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but I have noticed that they are becoming stingy with their complimentary items. I was informed tonight (after spending over £30 with them) that delivery charges were included in the cost of the free garlic bread. It would be helpful if this information was more transparent on the app so that customers can choose alternative items to add to their order.

Omg we order off these on a regular basis! But so annoyed tonight as we didn’t receive the garlic bread cheese pizza (there mistake) called they said 1 hour plus wait (to get something we should of had) for being a regular customer maybe we should get 2! Ordered from OH Yes via just eat online. After longish wait rang to be told order not passed to them so gave order over phone direct. Food came and in general everything OK except I ordered a large portion of chips to share with my partner, and what came was as in pics below. All I can say is if this is a large portion then I'm the pope. Second time in a row had a problem ordering. No real problem with food its the s ervice that let's the shop down and puts people off.
