Lovely place with loads of gluten free and gluten free applicable options. You are asked about any allergies when ordering. They also ask you to specify if it is coeliacs or an intolerance.

This is the restaurant in Norwich where I feel the most secure dining out. They offer a wide variety of options and provide excellent service, making everyone feel welcome and included.

Has a vegan menu and some gluten free options. Has a couple of vegan cake options as well. I had the coconut/lime cake and Mediterranean toast, both were good. Food was good apart from the new potatoes my Mum had in her harsh brown dish were bland and tastless as if not seasoned, but generally she enjoyed hers too. Good vegan feta! It is very popular with attentive staff and nice atmosphere. Honestly we were happy with anything at that point because it's quite hard to find vegan and gluten free in Norwich!
