D'Elia is the best in many ways. The owners and all the people behind the counter are great. Always smiling and humble. I'll always go there as long as they're here. I miss their cakes; they are bliss. Don't take my word, look at her. They make their own bread, so I can assure you, you've never tasted anything like that. Blessings yall

This place reminds me of old Norwich where everyone knew everyone or someone in their family. The D 'Elia ladies were old school, great cooks, and didn 't take any disrespect in their shop so it was like coming into "Grandma 's "place in a way, like family. It 's great having them back as tradition so easily gets replaced these days.

Absolutely love this gem. Bread is their own and fresh. Subs are fresh and tasty. Best meatball in town.

I'm new to the area so I only discovered them when they reopened after the pandemic. Pictures of a line formed outside posted on Facebook is what drew me in but I'm there AT LEAST once a week now. The sauce and bread are PHENOMENAL making the meatball or sausage grinders simply out of this world. And the staff are super friendly ALWAYS. Get yourself a meatball sausage combo I PROMISE you won't regret it.
