I am truly impressed by Craftsman Cliff. Matt’s passion for his craft shines through. The chocolate is fantastic. I look forward to many more visits to the Braterei. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful spot for a coffee or tea and a quick bite to eat! My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the grilled cheese was; the honey wheat bread really made it exceptional! The attention to detail is lovely, too—everything from the handcrafted cups to the charming small plates featuring their logo adds a special touch. Highly recommended!

We have had a family connection that allowed us to purchase a few items from Craftsman Clippenröster over the past few years. We finally made the decision to stop by, and we're very glad we did. The Hondasaurus Dark Roast is incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable, and it was interesting to see the roasting process firsthand. We also enjoyed their 100% cocoa, which is great for cooking and adds a nice touch to some of their coffee.

Large coffee, small and cozy place!! This place is like a hidden jewel!! Anyway, I'll be back.

Went there the other day for a quick iced coffee and a snack. Enjoyed the cold brew although I’d say it was a little too watered down. The baked goods were delicious and the environment was very welcoming. I enjoyed the nautical rustic feel. I was very impressed with this small gem in downtown and think it’s a great asset to the city. I’m looking forward to trying more coffee as well as the teas and handcrafted sodas!
