Dunkin' - Norwalk

The restaurant was empty, and despite waiting for half an hour, the staff did not come to check on me.

Poor service. the line lasted absolutely forever, although it was not busy. my coffee was drinkable, my order was given away someone else, and then I saw the personal in the inner argument back and forth where my order was instead of a new one.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I mistakenly placed my online coffee order for a different Connecticut Avenue store (which is easy to do since there are multiple locations along the avenue). After purchasing donuts and a gift card here, I realized my mistake. I politely asked if an accommodation could be made, as the other location is quite far from me, but the manager refused without any apology. I was sent to my car to retrieve my phone for confirmation, only to be told again that my order was too large (it was just three iced coffees). Her decision to deny my request means I have chosen to avoid this location in the future, despite it being the most convenient one for me. I would rather drive out of my way than deal with such rude service. I recommend you avoid this place as well.

Great Dunkin’ Donuts/gas station. The staff are very friendly and they always get my order perfect.

VERY RUDE employees. DISRESPECTFUL. Going to have to call the Better business Bureau and get this place shut down cause this has gone on FAR too long
