Picked up some to go items. Asked this older lady for some more napkins. She frowned upon the request at first, then lifted one, handed to me, like a ton of bricks. With this kind of customer care, not sure it’s Stone Age, foreign, petty or all of them, wonder anyone would revisit, ever again!

Norwalk GemThe best place to go if you want a real burger. The atmosphere is very comfortable and chill, you feel relaxed. The wait isn't very long. The waiter is super friendly, THE FOOD is amazing. Genuinely love going here whenever I feel hungry for a burger that I'll know will come out good every single time. I usually get the bacon burger. The most delicious burger you'll ever have.Kid-friendliness: There's a table for kids and they have kid toys like ages 2-6, there's even clorox wipes to sanitize the station before they play.

Food was good but menu getting expensive. They have a mistake on their menu and when I didn't receive one of the items they charged me for it and when I pointed it out to them so it's not supposed to be that way and they still charged me $3 for some toast that should have been included anyway because the menu is printed wrong.Food: 5/5
