Some pleasant decoration, reasonable waiting times, helpful staff. my Steak instruction came back a little wrong, but I think they were busy this day because of device errors. family were satisfied with the baguettes and the whole day breakfast looked like a good value for money. overall recommended.

First time at The Retreat, good welcome on arrival, staff polite and eager to please. Lovely menu, good choice something for everyone, not pretentious like a lot of menus these days, a real treat! Will definitely go back!

Everything was lovely, good portions and really good service. Only thing....change your Tea Bags. Neither of us liked the tea. Other than that keep doing what you're doing.

A group of seven of us visited today and were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff. The food was delicious, and the owner was friendly and enjoyed chatting with us. We will definitely be returning!
