Terrible experience,ordered specialty pizza and when i got home it was something totally different,ordered 3 toppings and not one topping that i ordered was present,spoke to manager,who said she would fix it ,so 1 hr later i pick up my specialty pizza,.all looked good from the top,.but when i got home, the whole bottom of pizza was burnt black,.could not eat,.be the last time for me,.

I always start a review with a positive comment and will begin this review the same way. The salad we were served was excellent. Now, for the rest of the review. There were three of us having dinner and each of us ordered a different item from the menu. I ordered a trio and my companions ordered spaghetti and meatballs and spaghetti with meat sauce respectively. While we were waiting for our food, Several diners came in ordered, were served, ate their meal, and left while we were still waiting for our food. Overall, we waited over two hours for our three dinners to be served. The server came by several times and said they were still working on our meal in the kitchen and it would not be long. After the two hours were up, we were finally served our meals and she said she was authorized by the manager to give us a 10% discount. At one point, I was told by our server that patience is a virtue. Our food was disappointing to say the least. The sauces were extremely tomato flavored and tasted as if they came from a can rather than being freshly prepared. Although we had eaten at this establishment several times in the past, we had never experienced any service or meal such as this. This was our last trip to Romano‘s. If I want Italian food, I will go elsewhere.

Appreciate the time and attention they are putting into their food these days. ?Food has always been good… can’t say that about the staff lately they seem to not care about much and act annoyed when you try to place an order.

I can’t complain too much about the food. It’s been good most of the time but a couple of times not so much and it didn’t get fixed. My biggest complaint is their times. I called three different times today asking about closing time. My wife and I planned our whole evening around it and we go when they tell us it’s okay (which was 9:30). We have went other times, as early as 9:15 and they are closing down.

This place has gone so far downhill, I'm not sure it can come back. We've gone back 3 different times, in hopes that had gotten better, because we used to love it so much. 3 different times, we have been let down. Cleanliness is not up to par, wait times (even for a drink order), are outrageous, and the food just isn't what it used to be.
