Pizza Hut - Norton

Literally ordered a pizza and asked for extra cheese and to cook it WELL DONE FOR THIS EXATC REASON AND THIS pizza is so saugy and gross I can’t even eat it I’m so upset

Finally a pizza hut that knows what they're doing. Last two times I went the pizza was made and cooked to perfection. Seriously thanks guys you all deserve a big raise and a hug from me.

A huge and I mean astronomically huge shout out to the Norton Pizza Hut in Norton, OH! Courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, and just amazing employees!! Food is always delicious! Pizza Hut please recognize each and every employee and show them appreciation because they keep the company in business.

My delivery was over 45 minutes late on delivery and I tried to call the store to get an update or just switch to pick up due to waiting a total of 1.5 hours when my delivery was suppose to be only 30 minutes. When you call your local pizza hut number your transfered to a service center who can't help you. There is no talking to someone in the store or anyone to make a complaint to anymore or a way to get an update on your food or a way to change anything.

I ordered a separate order today to send to my husband and specifically told them to assign drop off after 10pm. I get a message from my husband he just got in trouble because I ordered him food of 2 8 piece boneless wings and asked for them to be delivered after 10pm. The one who checked me out said that wasn't a problem. I get a message from my husband at 8pm as I'm getting our daughter ready for bed that the company employees couldn't follow simple instructions and it was delivered to early. They just caused a whole fight where my husband is at over them delivering it to to early. Smh! I called store and the guy who answered just didnt have any words to say. I will be calling hire ups because ive never had this problem before ordering for my husband ahead of time and it being delivered at the time i asked for it to be delivered.
