Little Caesars Pizza - Norton

This was a DoorDash order. Staff is always friendly helpful.

We all know any Little Caesars is gonna have at the very least a decent pizza, but I 've gotta give it to the Norton Virginia location. They run wide open with the lobby full of people and three to five cars at the curb seven days a week and still somehow manage to consistently churn out a good quality product. I 've worked at three major chains so I know how tough this is. Kudos to the back line, you guys rock. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance level with parking lot.

Ordered for delivery sent order short a pizza call they wanted order number only receipt on box they said couldn't pull order up ?then question time frame then finally said come get shorted pizza rude when picked

Now I never had any issue out of little Caesars in Norton VA before til tonight... I Order pizza and cheese sticks off the app for my family it was supposed to be done by 6:15 to 6:20 these lazy workers kept my order out for an extra 10 mins by that time my order was nasty grease done soaked in the pizza and our pizza wasn't hot and ready it's was almost cold. Need better works that cares about their customers NOBODY wants to eat cold pizza when it's supposed to be hot and ready and they need to learn how to actual cut pizza.!

How you got four workers at the registers a line out the door and no one acknowledging the customers … walked out after ten minutes of the workers just looking at customers no interaction not a one moment my bad nothing so much for hot and ready
