Panera Bread - Northvale

The there was barely any soup in the container. The same with the Mac and cheese. The meal was terrible!

OMG, the team at Panera came through for me today! My brother had requested one of the yummy sandwiches from Panera to be his first meal after a procedure. I had limited time because I had to drive a fair distance to pick him up. I called and spoke withZach (hope I'm spelling it correctly) because my online order said it would take about an hour...he told me he would have theorder ready sooner than that. I was so grateful, but what really was surprising and amazing is the sweet note that was put in myorder saying that they hoped everything went well with the procedure and wished us well. WOW, that is customer service! Irecommend this Panera location! You guys rock! And of course, the food was yummy!

Terrible.. I came for my a quick lunch to pick up food and leave. Ended up waiting there for 10 minutes and when i got to work opened my cup of chicken noodle soup to find only 4 noodles and 3 carrots. And tried to call the place multiple times with noanswer. NEW EXPERIENCE DOWN BELOW Went back today October 3 2022. I am utterlydisappointed again Panera. I order a Chicken noodle soup and get 90% chicken broth and 10% chicken, noodles, carrots. This isoutrageous, Panera you need to get your act together. Wasted money getting a food portion for a small rat. Obviously, this ishow you see your customers. As of 3 years ago when i made my first post, not once have you tried to contact me. Well done

Mr Zachary was very nice and kind but the girl in the kitchen was rude.i only asked for cashier and her response was so nasty!! I wish he can teach the manner to her.

New update. Increased rating from 3 to 4..see below 4/4/2022 Three (3) stars because the music is blaringly loud! I have no idea why. It is not relaxing at all. I think they started playing the music loud recently, I don't recall it being so loud. Iasked the manager to lower the volume and she did but Either way it's not fun to be here with the music so loud. Some mightlike it and feel relaxed, but I surely do not. 12/26/2018: volume of music seemed to have improved. 04/04/2022:very nicetoday. Staff very pleasant, food is decent. Nice atmosphere. Been coming here for quote some time
