Oriental Chef - Northumberland

This Chinese take-out restaurant is small but offers a large menu with generous portions. The set meal for three was so filling that it lasted for two days! The food is prepared fresh right in front of you, although the interior could use some updating. However, don't let that deter you as the food was delicious. The curry could have used a little more spice though. The girl at the front counter and answering the phone was friendly and pleasant.

While on vacation, I ordered a special black bean dish along with Cantonese rice and noodles for takeout. The portions were incredibly generous and delicious, so I saved some for the next day. Despite its unassuming exterior, the food at this restaurant is truly exceptional.

Get delicious Chinese food 6 days a week with excellent service at Paul and Maureen Dee's restaurant. The owner has recently started offering tasty desserts, including cheesecake, for just £1 each. The food and service are both fantastic!

This is the worst Chinese meal we have ever had!! Absolutely disgusting

Food ok but they mess up the order all the time then you have to fight for them to get it right. they refuse that they got the order wrong and you have to physically go back to the shop and show them. no discount no apology terrible attitude
