Wife and I enjoy getting the bilo bilo binignit. It is sometimes difficult to get a hold of anyone during open hours the lady on the phone has trouble taking our orders down and her accent is hard to understand. Otherwise parking is adjacent to the entrance of the car wash. They share the same building

Yesterday morning i came by personally placed an order for meduim tray pancit 10pcs of okoy for pick up the next day Easter Sunday at 1145am at their sepulveda branch, North hills. I went back today at exactly 12pm my orders weren't ready to make matters worst, the 10pcs of okoy was still being cooked or prepared at their Northridge branch!. They need me to wait for 45mins for the okoy. Forget it i said, as the whole thing compromised the Easter family gathering we're having. They didn't have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. Unbelievable, irresponsible inconsiderate customer service.

I discovered this place through a documentary. I tried the halo halo. It was good and big. Price is reasonable for the quantity. Hygiene might not be the best.
