Kickin Kasian - Northridge

Great food, great staff, and a good experience. The server was very nice in making sure that our first experience was good in explaining the menu. She did very well. Unfortunately we arrived at the restaurant rather late and were quickly told that last call was happening. With our lack of experience in trying a boil type restaurant we were helped by the lovely server in selecting our food. Unfortunately, we felt rushed to take our food out to eat the remainder at home. Within understandable means, I understand that the restaurant was closing and we did arrive late. But as customers completely new to this boil house experience, we enjoyed the overall experience but felt slightly rushed to end our dining and kindly force a take out.

We had dine in before, food was delicious and excellent customers service. Today we had order to go because some of us didn?t want to go out and food was still delicious!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I have to say it had the best shrimp I've had in a long time. It was definitely worth the trip!

I had a fantastic experience at Kickin KAsian. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked if I had been seated yet. Despite arriving at 3:30, the restaurant was bustling with diners. It was clear that all the staff at Kickin KAsian are friendly and helpful, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. The combination of Cajun spices and Asian flavors in the food was a delightful surprise. I ordered the shrimp and pommes and they were absolutely delicious. The sauces that accompanied the meal were the perfect complement – one sweet and the other minty. I also tried the Thai iced tea, which was incredibly tasty. The restaurant has ample parking, plenty of seating, and the food is truly exceptional. I highly recommend Kickin KAsian to anyone who enjoys Cajun cuisine.

I was excited to try this restaurant after reading the reviews on Yelp. However, the customer service was lacking. When I arrived, I was informed that they no longer accepted cash, so I had to leave and come back with my card. I didn't feel welcomed at all. The person taking my order, who I think was named Cat or Kat, was not very helpful and seemed uninterested. After placing my order, I had to wait outside until my name was called. Overall, the customer service was not up to par and I would not recommend this place. Everyone should feel welcomed and attended to right away.
