Jersey Mike's Subs - Northridge

I love the sandwiches at this place, especially the chicken bacon lunch. The wait time is reasonable and the prices are good.

Faster service. getting employees. promotion of donations for education I think was great community

I’ve always like sandwiches and Jersey Mike’s is one of the good place to have it. However, they can do some improvements on their store environment. Tables and chairs are always kinda sticky and chips and lettuce strips were on the floor.

3 times there 3 times served by rudeness. Ignored, and then when I did get service ny sandwich was made simultaneously with two others. He was very condescending with asking me what I wanted and acted as if he was a pro. But missed things I wanted on my sandwich. But made me feel very uncomfortable to ask to fix it. Great sandwiches TERRIBLE customer service.

I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations and this is by far the worst one in the valley. I am not sure if they are under new management or not but whoever is in charge should really make some changes. As soon as I entered, I was not greeted and it took someone a while to even acknowledge my existence. Once they did recognize me and I placed my order, I could over hear the employees complaining about a variety of different things. I totally understand if employees want to vent to each other, but doing it in front of the customers, is not an ideal situation. I order two hot sandwiches and they just handed it to me closed so I couldn't even witness what they were doing. I had wanted to add pickles to mine but since it was already closed, they could not do anything about it. There were also a lot of people inside the location and it's small inside which made it difficult to social distance. I was so happy to leave. If I decide to get Jersey Mike's again, it will definitely be at a different location.
