Best El Pollo Loco location in the area- by far. I work very close to this location and get lunch here on my break a few times a month. I always have a good experience. The employees are great here- consistently, which I very much appreciate. Food is good too.

The person taking the order at the drive-through so rude. As if I was bothering them, as if I was taking them away from something very important. The lack of enthusiasm of any sort of friendly greeting was the first thing. And then after thanking the person at the window for the food I did not get a single response except for the window slamming shut. It's unbelievable how there is no civility taught at home or school these days. There should be an option for no stars when taking these surveys on yelp. Why? Because this restaurant's staff merits a zero.

I went there today and order a tostado salad and ended up leaving with a tostada salad with no rice and beans. I also ordered horchata and some how they don't carry it at that location. ‍

One of the best locations ever. Always ready to serve and food is out so fast. The staff is always welcoming and theres ample parking. Beat advice is park away from drive thru, it's a hassle to get out once there's a line. Make sure to download the app and scan your receipts to get points and special promotions. :D
