El Pollo Loco - Northridge

Food was cold and All the tables in the dining room were freaking dirty... The employees had NO customer service skills at all.. I certainly Won't be eating at this el pollo loci

My friend and I find us here at least once in the week, our heart belongs to the double-huwn tostada salat and the brc bohns, rice, cheese burrito . He grew up with it and imagined it when I moved here, and I never saw it again. sometimes I just love to get the chicken dishes alone, I wish I knew how to do chickens like them, and to dessert you have to taste their churros! ps, please consider bringing back their ranch dressing for the salad, we miss it

The food is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. The manager consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are well taken care of. I give it a solid 5 stars!

I was really disappointed with the tortilla soup; it had a mushy appearance and the chicken was incredibly dry. I also ordered a chicken bowl, but it was mostly rice and beans, with only two spoonfuls of chicken, which felt minimal compared to the amount of rice and beans. For $10, I expected much better quality food. I was left very unhappy with my experience.

I ordered the chicken nachos, and I've had more than enough to satisfy my appetite.
