We frequent this deli often because the food is consistently excellent.

The breakfast sandwiches at this restaurant are amazing. The staff is also very friendly. I will definitely return.

On my recent visit to the restaurant, I inquired about a loyalty card while checking out. The day manager, an older, balding, heavy-set man, responded by saying I needed to be a loyal customer first. I was taken aback and jokingly asked if he wanted me to leave. He then made a snarky comment about not getting my food without me, to which I challenged him. Thankfully, he realized I was serious and didn't push the issue further. Although I understand the deli has a long history in Northport, I am new to the area and have not had the chance to establish brand loyalty. By asking about a loyalty card, I was simply trying to show interest in building a relationship with the store. Without an apology, I have decided to take my business elsewhere to one of the many other delis in the area.

How are you going to charge me $9.03 for a bacon egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup that was a 5/10 at best

Great food... pleasant and friendly staff. His possession of two intelligent and nurturing brothers who produce their heart and soul in what they produce every day.
