Mcdonald's - Northport

Just in case the employees are unaware that pickles go on the spicy chicken sandwich. Why do I never ever get pickles. The fries are soggy. When I called to complain the guy who answered said Bye, and hung up. Yall are lazy and suck! Do better!

This McDonald's has very professional and pleasant people here. No complaints really. Beyond better than the one in Northport on McFarland, and still, I'd go across the bridge in Tuscaloosa downtown over there. But they do a great job and is particular about your food not being cold, especially for fries.?

My kids love McDonald's breakfast! They are always very nice at the windows!

You can't go inside. When we went only one drive through lane open. There was about 10 or more cars in line. The line went fairly quick. Sad more high school students don't want to work. Fast food places are a place for young people to make gas and spending money but today parents totally support them. No work ethics being taught. I feel sorry for the employees that are overwhelmed.

I am disappointed in this location. It's close to my home and convenient for me to pick up food in a hurry. However the Manager staff don't treat customers well and don't know how to apologize or problem solve. And they really don't like if you order more than 1 item.
