Northport California Underground Pizzaria The pizzas are great but every time I order they get it wrong. The first two times I used the Slice app. First time: ordered deep dish, received regular crust. Second time: ordered thick crust, received thin crust. I just dealt with it the first time, second time I called and was told they would put me down for a free pizza and to call instead of using the app next time. The following week I got my free pizza. Today I called and ordered a thick crust Tsunami and got a regular crust. Again, the food is great and the people are nice but they just cannot get it right. They need better accuracy and consistency.
