Wingstop - Northlake

Avoid at all costs. This location is run by a “manager” named Eric. He’s extremely curt, and has zero customer service. I specifically have to ask for fresh food bc they serve food that has been sitting too long. Despite my request for fresh food and waiting for my order, we still received old fries with almost no seasoning and soggy wings. Had to reheat my whole order. I’ll send an invoice for my labor. I can’t even begin to fathom how bad the quality is. I call, and Eric obviously doesn’t care. This is the worst wing stop in DFW. Go to Flower Mound, Highland Village, Southlake, any other wing stop! Just the worst customer experience. No receipt either.

THEY SERVE RAW CHICKEN HERE. DO NOT ORDER. Ordered Uber eats and received 2 chicken sandwiches, we both took a bite (fully breaded and dressed) to see we bit into a RAW PIECE OF CHICKEN. Shift leader, Tyler, did not seem to be as appalled as my husband an I are. I am 6 months pregnant and this is very dangerous for both of us regardless this is disgusting and sickening. Thank God we were eating in the day light and saw what we were ingesting. If you eat here, cut your chicken in half before eating. Or, better yet go somewhere that has better kitchen quality and will not serve RAW chicken to their customers.

Not going to lie, didn't have a great experience, I ordered take out wings and waited almost 30 minutes to get them. When an employee finally checked on me and asked if I was picking up I had let them know I was still waiting on my take out order and they pulled my order from a rack behind the counter where it had been waiting for over 10 minutes because they didn't bring it out to me once it was done : when I mentioned that it had been sitting there a while and was probably cold the employee just brushed me off and walked away... Now I get to go home and eat cold wings : I really wish I had asked for a refund or at least a new batch, I was just so hungry, especially after having to wait so long.

Ordered (4) 10 count classic Wings, (4)ranches and went home to find ZERO ranches. We didn’t want to drive all the way back to the store so stopped by after work the next day to just pick up 2 ranches to finish the left over wings. The lady asked for my receipt, I did not have it so just asked for (2) ranches or she can look it up. She said she will look it up but has to finish up some orders. 6-10 mins later I’m waiting for 2 ranches still and she has yet to take a sec to look my receipt up or just give me two ranches so I can leave. This isn’t the first time they forget to give us ranches. Definitely will not be returning to this wing stop location ever again!
