Jimmy John's - Northlake

3 people working in the store and no one in the the drive thru but they wouldn?t allow me into the store to buy a sandwich. Guess they only serve people with cars.

Fast (drive thru) but the bread was cold, just like the ingredients, almost as if it was kept in a refrigerator. My mom was Not Impressed.

What a disappointing change at this once great restaurant. It primarily operates as a drive-thru, so there are only a few parking spaces available; however, you can use the parking spots near Walmart and other nearby locations. The food is still good, and the staff are generally okay, though their attitude and knowledge can be hit or miss. One frustrating aspect is that they won't accept any bills larger than $20. I understand the reasoning to some extent, but it's still disappointing to refuse legal tender. Anyway, it's still Jimmy John's, and I might return in a couple of months. It's not terrible, but it certainly has room for improvement.

Excellent service! The drive-thru is consistently quick. The sandwiches always taste fantastic, just as they should.

The new Beefy American Crunch sandwich is a must-try, but it's only available for a limited time! The Kickin' Ranch sauce is fantastic—absolutely love it! I'm a big fan of this store; it has a great location, cheerful and courteous staff, and is always clean. And those enticing free smells definitely make me crave a sandwich every time!
