Bidrage med feedbackWe have frequented Parry's for a few years. We usually go mid-afternoon for pizza and beers. Today Nov. 7th, 2021 we ordered pick up and had a terrible experience. We ordered at 5:05 pm for a 6:00 pm pick up time. I walked in just before 6 and expectedto wait for a few minutes. After over 20 minutes of waiting, the manager was near me and I mentioned I had been waiting awhile. He told me the pizza had been given to someone else with the same name and we had a new pizza in the oven. No apology, nocompensation; it was in the oven. I watched the kids working the front go back and forth to the kitchen countless times, politely acknowledge others walking in, and work hard at their jobs. They are good kids, working hard in a staff shortage; Itotally understand and acknowledge this. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes I finally asked one of them to talk to the manageragain. Waiting another 5 minutes the manager walked up to me with the pizza. I said I'd rather have our money back, he did sayhe'd comp us for the pizza. He said the kids up here are new and young and they made a mistake. Again he did not apology justgave excuses and threw these kids under the bus. I'm not saying it wasn't their fault but I've owned a small business for 10years; I do not throw my employees under the bus (especially those that are working hard... mistakes happen); instead, Iapologize to the customer, I acknowledge a mistake was made and I tell them from the beginning we will do something to make itright. Unfortunately none of this happened, he blamed the kids but also said they were young and learning (I get this). Henever apologized. He did comp us for the pizza; thank goodness because the pizza was not up to par for Parry's. Getting home theoutside crust was burnt, the inside under cooked. Just disappointed, hope they turn things around. In the meantime, we will notfrequent a place that has such poor management philosophy.
Ordered online. Came to pick up our pizza, but ended up having to wait thirty minutes with no explanation. Upon taking it home, we found out the dough was only cooked halfway. Calling the restaurant, the manager was reluctant to provide a refund even withphoto and video proof. Not only that, but the manager stated that we paid for two pizzas when we only ordered one? Honestly atterrible experience.
This is a trendy sports bar pizzeria. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with fries, while my wife chose a calzone. Unfortunately, the cheesesteak was quite dry, and the fries were just lukewarm at best. I considered ordering a couple of beers to wash it down, but opted for water instead, which I thought would be the healthier choice. My wife's calzone was actually decent, but the dipping sauce had separated, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the quality of the food was lacking, so I can't recommend this place.
The pizza was absolutely delicious and served on a pizza stand, keeping it nice and hot! It was the best pizza I've had in a long time. The wings were excellent as well. I tried the Syracuse Sunrise for my drink, and it was perfect! I had a wonderful time dining outdoors on a lovely summer evening. I will definitely return!
This restaurant offers a wide selection of draft beers on tap! You can even enjoy a free appetizer when you sign up for their e-club. The pricing is very reasonable, with the first drink at $4 and the second at just $2—mix and match as you like. Their menu features pizzas, burgers, wraps, and pasta. It’s a nice spot that's definitely worth a visit. Plus, they have Pliny the Elder available on tap every day, all day! It’s a kid-friendly environment, so feel free to bring the whole family. Overall, they have a fantastic beer selection!
