Denny's - Northfield

The server, whose name I wish I knew, was very inattentive. She seemed more focused on a larger table, spending long periods of time talking with them. We had ordered an appetizer which never arrived at our table. It wasn't until she brought the main course that we realized it was missing, as she informed us she had taken it back because it wasn't prepared correctly. She then told us I had ordered something different. Additionally, my mother requested an extra side with her meal, but the server said they were out. However, she did inform me that they were out of the side I wanted. Getting drink refills was as difficult as getting missing food replaced. Despite these issues, the food we did receive was delicious.

As a beginner, the restaurant is dirty both inside and outside with trash scattered everywhere at the entrance and parking lot. While my table was acceptable, the floor was sticky and in need of cleaning. The service was terrible! My experience last night was unbelievably bad, making it the worst I've ever had. I feel sorry for the employees as the management is unacceptable. It was so awful that my party and I left before even ordering. One employee seemed to be reprimanded unfairly by the management, leaving her upset. We even offered her a different job because she deserved better treatment. I wish I knew what the manager was saying to her. I probably won't return to this restaurant again. The server who was yelled at was named Ally and she deserved much better treatment.

The waitress was pleasant and seated us promptly. However, the manager suddenly started screaming at the top of her lungs in the dining area, causing panic among the patrons. It was a highly unprofessional display of frustration, leading half of the dining room to leave. Poor management skills were evident.

Had a great culinary experience! came in 5am feeling down over dinge and felt ingenious only entering and meeting mahogany! she was so excited and positiw. was helpful in my breakfast selection and I should let everyone know! I'll be back every time I'm in town!

The service the food everything on point. We left that wages. A really nice tip. She was all that and more. There were seven of us and she did her job. Excellent. It was worth it
