The atmosphere at this restaurant in Northcote is gorgeous, and the coffee is excellent. I highly recommend this spot to my friends. It can be busy at times, but it always feels very friendly and relaxed.

The owner of this restaurant is an interesting and eclectic gentleman who is committed to providing high-quality gluten-free, organic, ethical food. We found his quesadillas and tacos to be a unique blend of traditional and modern flavors, and they were absolutely delicious. The use of turmeric gave the dishes a definitive Mexican flair. We loved the tortillas - they had a great texture, soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the ingredients. The desserts were also top-notch, with a special mention to the chocolate options. If you're not a fan of chocolate, however, you may be out of luck. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this Coco Loco restaurant and will definitely be returning.

The owner is an interesting eclectic gentleman that is committed to giving quality gluten free organic ethical food, and for his entrees and mains he succeeded. We found his quesodillas and tacos to be an interesting blend of authentic and modern, and definitely delicious. And...there is just enough tumeric to definitely define it as Mexican. Loved the tortillas great texture, soft, and able to be consumed with either knife and fork (like my partner) or by hand (like me). The check of a good tortilla is the ability to hold its shape and not leak these held their shape and did not leak. Entrees and mains are top notch Desserts, on the other hand, well ... this place used to be Coco Loco, and you can see the influence. If you are not a fan of chocolate, or want something that is not chocolate for dessert, bad luck. Will definitely return.
