I have been a customer and sad for years to watch prices rise, food quality drops through bad restaurant management. unacceptable manager response. avoid them.
Our server, Maria, was AWESOME!! We were very disappointed to learn that the email we received inviting us to celebrate the Lunar New Year with a $9.99 special menu ONLY applied to the St. Louis location. We were at the Northbrook Court, Illinois location. That was not right.
As I 've written previously, the food is very good, but the customer service is terrible. The restaurant will not honor its gift cards, and its loyalty program sign-in screen is regularly offline and therefore prevents accrual of reward points. It 's a consistently frustrating experience.
Why make a reservation if walk ins, especially ones that come in after you, are seated first? Very frustrating. Seemed like the could not handle a busy night. The food and service were 3 out of 10 at best.
Our experience began by being seated in a booth by the server station with ripped booth seats. We had no waiter. Several servers went passed us and when asked if they could find our waiter, one of them said ‘ Well it’s not ME’ and walked away!!! After sitting for at least 20 minutes with no one acknowledging we were even there, we walked out!!!!
