Nothing spectacular but was desperate for a cake store that's open to get for a dinner invite.

I couldn't find a number so i messaged on Facebook asking for the number to place my order. I was asked to place my order via the message & confirmed details. I turned up to pick up the cake & no one knew nothing. The lady serving had bad English & had trouble understanding me. She called the boss & the boss told me they didn't receive the order. They then said they would do the order on the spot. The writing on the 30th cake was horrible! This is the second time ive had an issue with this company. Last time it was at the Marrickville store & the cake for my parents 25th anniversary was meant to be with white icing but turned out to be brown! They weren't able to fix it because they said their cake chef wasnt there. I will not be back there again!

Would love to give this less one star. Chocolate sponge cake was absolutely dry and the cream couldn't save it. The cream itself tasted like additives and heavily processed thus making it have a bitter after taste. They used the sweet 'lolly' cherry in between...More

Train ya staff in how to exchange a credit card!2 sitting here like stuff ducks waiting on the cake with coffee while there is only 4ppl in ya shop and 4girls running around giggly at each other.. still no notice untill we get up to say hey the cake with cold coffee be nice !!!! Mother's Day cake date pffttt take ya mum to ya 7eleven Servo for Krispy creams n coffee be better off for it

If you love your buttercream you might like this place but if not stay clear. We bought a mousse cake for a big birthday celebration. The cake looks very nice and we were all excited to enjoy it. However when it came to cutting the cake it became clear that this was not fresh cream with egg whites but instead it was buttercream. I can't stand buttercream and we would never have bought it if it was explained that it is not mousse. So went back next day to refund or exchange, but was met with an insistence that it's mousse and not buttercream. They told us to leave and didn't even offer an apology. Also when waiting to speak with manager there were lots of cakes standing on the service desk and a customer standing there had a cough attach and it went straight into them...of course nobody in the shop cared.Never coming back to this disgrace of a cake shop
