The Lane Brasserie - Northampton

Great wein, great atmosphere, top fog service and overall excellent time!

Visited for a Mother's Day meal. Great range of choices for our varied tastes I was really impressed with the imaginative vegetarian/vegan dishes. The kids loved the kids menu a good balance of favourites with a gourmet touch. Service was attentive but unhurried and we didn't feel rushed though the restaurant was fairly busy. Would happily go again.

First visit to brasserie blanc, we had a very sociable round table for 6 which was perfect for catching up. Great lighting, classy atmosphere, attentive team to help you have a good night, and great food. Starters of tartilette which I didn't take a photo of im afraid, and a main of sticky beef with coconut rice was lovely!! My partner's burger was also delicious (she never finishes hers so have to help, perks of the job . 100% will go back!

The food was incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, there was a visit from the health inspectors, which was surprising given that we had a good cut of meat. However, the prices were reasonable, and they even deducted the cost of my drink and the four coffees we ordered. The service was excellent.

The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. I had the roast beef and the Yorkshire pudding for dinner, and the roast was the best I've had in a long time. I highly recommend coming here for the roast; you won't be disappointed!
