Abington Tandoori - Northampton

After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting much however, everything I ordered was lovely! Arrived on time and all hot! I got some starters, chicken masala and a lamb balti! I enjoyed it all, only criticism if any was the balti was a little bit oily but didn’t bother me at all I just know some people would be put off. I would recommend them and would use them again!

Stayed in nearby hotel and decided to try this take away curry house despite low rating, as the problems weren’t to do with the food. I picked up a chicken Korma, pineapple rice, onion bhaji and all were tasty.

I have just had delivery of my meal.. I ordered a tandoori mixed grill starter with a few other bits.. I got one piece of tandoori chicken, that is all.. one cube… pathetic for what I paid.. to cap it off.. I ordered 3x poppadom, and I got 2 and a half… My meal cost over £18 it will be the last time I ever use these…

Order cancelled by the restaurant for no apparent reason. First time ordering from them. Disappointed and hungry. Will take our business elsewhere and will not be ordering again.

I cannot comment on the food since my order was refused. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Why pretend to be open when you are clearly not?
