Bb Cafe- Lakeshore

Advantages: Nice view Disadvantages: I visited your lakeshore location this morning around 8:30am. I waited over 15 minutes for a Turkish Coffee (one of my favourites! and ended up walking out as they are severely understaffed. I am new to the area and was really excited to explore the area. Sadly, after a couple of bad experiences at BB cafe, I won't be returning. Two other times I asked about ice for their iced drinks and they didn't have it. A very lame excuse considering they have a freezer full of Gelato and Sorbet. Tip: As someone who has owned their own catering business, do NOT include things on the menu that are consistently unavailable or take staff too long to prepare. Tip #2: Employ more staff. I am a patient customer and want to give staff a chance, however, I fail to see why it should be your staff who take the blame for poor service. Employ more people. It's a popular spot. Vanilla chocolate coffee(?? cake was delicious. Not too sure of the exact name bc the server was confusing
