We came tonight at 8 pm and our server Zenya she ignored us and didn’t bring us our beer. She was slacking off But then our bartender Faran , the blonde bartender came by and helped us multiple times, wished she just served us from the start. She saved our night. We will come back and sit at the bar next time in hopes for her service. She was amazing and deserves a raise.

Couldn't eat the wings. Terrible taste; burnt and oily. Never again.Follow Up: Franchise Dept. reached out to me, apologised, and gave me a $25 St. Louis Certificate. That was nice of them. So 1 to 4

First time at St. Louis Bar &Grill- I must say the food was really good!I had a smoked rib with fries dinner!However, the portion was smaller than expected.The restaurant was no big deal- basic.Service was good ?I will return again.Satisfied customer :

I come here every week. I usually order wings and beer. It is 90% beautiful, sometimes it may look burnt for some reason. But I don't want to be unfair to the wings, they are generally one of the best wings I have ever eaten. That's why I keep coming. But today I was very surprised to see that the beer glass was very dirty, it should be washed more carefully, maybe the best thing to do is double wash. And the calamari I ordered for the first time was a total disappointment, definitely not worth $15!! The bottom part is completely made of paper, the portion is very small and tasteless. But I had envisioned the future of squid rings. So sad for $15! Last week, one of the waiters, a dark-skinned man, literally made us sweat and Trip because we chose the garden. If only I knew his name, I would write it down. He got angry because we chose an area for which he was not responsible, how ridiculous!!! I wanted to share all this, but it doesn't change the fact that I will come back for these wings. But I don't want to choose a place where that waiter is in charge. Even if I did, I wouldn't feel like leaving him a tip!
