Lucky Wok Restaurants -  North York,

This restaurant has a very very bad service when I take my food to go. The lady that service you in the front always have attitude every time I come to order my food,,,,makes careless mistakes on my order every time,, I always have to go back to the restaurant because of the mistakes. It came to a point where I had to raise my voice and got into a shouting match which means I will never go back to that restaurant again.

Chilli chicken was really chilli onions. Chicken chop suey had a few pieces of chicken. The same comments about all the others on the brocolli. Outrageous really. Please dont spoil your reputation, increase the price if you need to but please put in chicken. Who wants to eat a literal bowl of awful onions or plain bean sprouts that are worth maybe 25 cents?

We just went for the first time and picked up a fried rice, a chicken chow mein, and two chicken dishes. The rice and noodles were good, the chicken was not. We got a general tso chicken and a sesame chicken, and both had absolutely no flavour. The general tso chicken was extremely plain. The sesame chicken was BRIGHT red and smelled extremely spicy when I took the lid off (which obviously you would not expect from sesame chicken) but it also had almost no flavour. Both chicken containers were filled with broccoli and had chicken on top, so what appears to be a heaping order of chicken is actually just a heaping order of broccoli with enough chicken on top to hide the broccoli until you dig in.

The lady was very rude with the way she spoke to my husband and I. She decided to mop while we were trying to eat … the smell of bleach doesn’t sit so well while you’re trying to eat. Overall this food was gross and service was even worse!

The food is very poor. I got the combo 6 and it was very low quality. It was 10.65 plus tax which came out to $12.
