I must give this place extra points since all four of us ended up in the bathroom at the same time, and it was surprisingly spacious and clean—perfect for containing four teenage girls who were feeling unwell. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to everyone, but if you have a milk allergy, definitely steer clear of the Big Slam!

I really appreciate that they are open late, so if you ever crave an ice cup at night, you can always get it here. They serve a generous amount of ice with each portion size.

I visit The Dugout every year with my young children since we live nearby. It was a pleasure to see some familiar faces behind the counter from last year—polite teenagers with smiles are hard to come by these days. On Saturday, I observed one of the staff members, whom I believe is named Matt, handling a challenging situation with an elderly man with great grace and professionalism. The portions are generous, especially the milkshakes! We can’t wait to come back.
