Carluccio's Marriott Maida Vale

Pre-booked, no indication on the website that most menus were not available. we were too tired to look elsewhere and found two dishes that were acceptable, but were disappointed. personal very friendly, explained it was problems with care.

Eating was very bad, a pizza and an sallader and a pasta to thrott.

I found the service food and ambiente to be excellent. the personal could not have been nicer. Thank you.

The service was pretty slow. dish including snuggles needs a side plate for shells

The waiters have no idea what they are doing From seating you at “wrong tables” to bringing dirty glasses and clearing out the tables whilst the company is still in the middle of their meals. Just wrong!
