Bacco North Wales

We were there with a party of Six on Friday evening Masimo was our waiter. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable and friendly. Attentive and responsive. My complaint is the loudness of the band. We were on the other side of the restaurant and could barely have a conversation. Terrible for a nice restaurant.

We enjoy going to Bacco’s. In fact we have a favorite table. This visit was a dinner celebrating our anniversary. My husband had the red snapper and really enjoyed it. I had Chicken Parmesan which was also delicious. The food is always very good and great service as well.

The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable. I got the prime rib special and it was perfectly done. I can honestly say the steak was better than some steak houses I've been to, though it was very fatty. The service was a bit slow as we were there later in the evening and the staff was wrapping things up for the evening, but my glass was never empty and I had everything I needed throughout the night. Service was very slow on this night, and there was live music at 7:30 which was so loud it was hard to talk among our table of 4. This was our first visit, and it was ok, but not as good as what we were hoping after reading all of the glowing reviews. We may go back and try it again, but not on a night with live music. The music was nice, just way too loud. It made it feel like we were dining at a crazy busy bar rather than a nice restaurant. Overall, we were disappointed.

Expensive pricing for par food. Worst meal out in a long time, disappointed
