Waiting for over 10 minutes for my order and the following 5 people who have ordered after me get their food first. Half of which ordered the same burger get theirs first. The back end is extremely slow. I wasted a good chunk of my break waiting for them to catch up. This isn't the first time either. The location outside of the mall is so much better. Don't waste your time like I did. Go there instead.

Rudest ever. I just waited 5 minutes for someone to showup at the register so I can order and even when she come she was so rude and ignorant. It was like I was the cause of all the problems in her life. A W train tour employees better

Review for front order for 20th June and probably 11:15 am ...There was no one to take the order on front, they were chit chatting at the back ..after ringing the bell for 2-3 times someone showed up, someone on my front was picking up her order, she asked for a bag, and the front counter attendant gave such a look full of attitude, she is just asking for the bag man, be polite. Thats why people mostly avoilf a w 's because of these kinds of services that they provide .. one advice, if you don 't like the job, don 't come to the job, food court requires patience, if you don 't have it find some other job girl .

Love the papa burger without cheese. They have the best onion rings when made fresh. Wash it down with that classic root beer.
