Jimmy John's - North Utica

I ordered a Big John roast beef and got turkey and cheese with the roast beef instead when the description for the sandwich said roast beef, tomato, lettuce and mayo. Also bread was hard. It was like it was sitting out for awhile. Not going back again.

The sandwiches we're great and so was the customer service by the employee who attended us on Sunday night.

Disappointed. We have been living out of state and when we came back, one of the things to get was a sandwich and loaf of bread. Used to get a loaf to take home. Bread is not the same. Sandwich doesn't have enough meat. My daughter orders extra meat, I found out. Go to Jersey Mike's.

No taste to the subs bread was hard don't know why I went here always a dissatisfied with Jimmy John's oh and the so called supervisor on Aug 16th 135pm was talking down about all the other employees with some girl laughing bout all yall just watch who you call your friends there
