This restaurant is a fantastic choice for a meal. The staff welcomes and treats you like cherished family members. The food is consistently delicious and served hot. The prices are excellent and the atmosphere is delightful. It's our favorite spot for comforting meals.

I recently had the most amazing meal at a restaurant. I opted for the three-course evening special priced at £17.95, which included a delicious fish platter. The platter consisted of sea bass, salmon, squid, and a generous serving of mussels in a delightful lemon and garlic sauce. In addition to that, we also had a starter, main course, pizza, another dessert, a bottle of wine, and two cocktails for a total of three people, all for a bill of £71. It was truly outstanding!

I stopped in for lunch after not visiting for a while. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick but not rushed. The portion sizes at this Sambuca location were the best we've had. I couldn't finish my pizza, which is unusual for me. The calzone was filled with plenty of filling, unlike others that tend to deflate. The filling was overflowing. I will definitely be back.

A lovely location on the Fish Quay in North Shields near nice bars etc. Reasonably priced good food, quick, efficient service provided by friendly staff.
