Allard's Lounge - North Tyneside

We visited allard in December 2022 with friends who were with us, all I can say about this place, it went on a great way and wise since our last visit. poor service and cold eating.

We thought we’d treat ourselves to a Sunday breakfast but we’re disappointed. The service was incredibly slow. Staff inattentive. Ordering was slow and when the waitress went to a table who had come in some time after us to take their order she huffed when...we asked her to take our order. After 35 mins there was no sign of our food. The other table who can I after us were served and nearly finished so I asked where our food was. The food was good when it turned up but no ‘sorry for your wait’ was offered. Won’t be going there again.

Only called in for a coffee with a business associate, beautiful decor, friendly staff (once someone came to seat us) and although we never ate the food served to the tables opposite us looked very good.

We went to a birthday contract, eating was beautiful, our server was molly, she was very good, nothing too much annoyed for her. when she did not serve, she looked around to see what was otherwise necessary. she has cleaned and reset the tables every minute. they serve tti and marlborough savignion blanc. two very happy customers, first visit, but there will be many more. many thanks to allards x

Visited allard’s on 31/12/2022 with friends, they screwed up our table booking and we had to order from the bar that was cold and taste less than it finally arrived. will not go back.
