Absolutely fantastic! We ordered steak and wild boar cooked on lava rocks, accompanied by various sides, and everything was perfect. For dessert, we sampled the walnut chocolate brew with custard, chocolate amaretto torte, lemon and celestial roulade, and chocolate pudding with a warm chocolate center— all served with ice cream. Everything was beautifully presented and the portion sizes were excellent. The quality of the food is outstanding and it is cooked to perfection. We made a reservation even though it was a Monday night, and the place was quite busy. Nonetheless, the staff were all wonderful and the service was top-notch. I can't recommend this place enough. The house rosé was also a delightful choice. Be sure to book a taxi!

It was a spur-of-the-moment decision, and I was truly impressed by the food. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the steak on hot rocks, which we had tried before and loved, so it was great to know we could enjoy it here at home. The food was fantastic, and we will definitely return.

I visited with my partner, parents, and our 11-year-old daughter for a family dinner on May 24, 2017. We were welcomed with a warm smile, and the friendly and attentive service continued throughout our entire visit. All five meals we ordered, including two steak and ale pies, a tuna steak, a strausburger, and a vegetarian tart, were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The desserts were divine! We had tried to dine here on previous weekends but had no luck securing a table. We will definitely eat here again and book early to ensure we have a spot! I highly recommend it! As always eating was delicious, service was great and the staff was really helpful to advise me on suitable gluten-free choices. can recommend a visit here to everyone.
