Noodle Bar Restaurant -  North Sydney,

I have eaten at what is now called Pho Viet Nam at least 10 times when it first opened and to say that the chef, his wife and staff are the best is an understatement. The food, prepared by Robin, is unquestionably the freshest and most flavourful you could wish for. The presentation is glowing and the choices are delightful, fresh veggies, shrimp, scallop, beef, pork and chicken cooked to perfection. A great new culinary experience, highly recommend it and authentic.

Great new Vietnamese restaurant which the town needs. Nice to see and the food was excellent - owners were very friendly and cared about your experience. Go - you won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely meal, with friendly, prompt service. Very reasonable prices. The owner actually came out and chatted with us, to say hello and ensure we enjoyed our meal. We live 3,000 km's away...but would love to eat there again!

After going to the other two fantastic restaurants in north Sydney. The noodle bar was a delightful change. The food was excellent and the service was excellent, but some may if found it a little over bearing. I think that it's new and they want everyone to enjoy it and understand it.

This place is now called Pho -Vietnam even though the receipt still said the Noodle Bar restaurant. Don't let the appearance of the place fool you into thinking the food or the service isn't great. Our B&B host recommended this place and she did not let us down. The ingredients were fresh and the presentation was great. I was surprised that even the head chef came out to see if we were happy with everything. If you're in north Sydney and have a hankering for some great Asian cuisine, give this place a try. We're glad we did.
