Sbarro Restaurant - North Stonington

This was one of the worst places we have ever dined at. We visited for dinner on 5/2 around 5 pm. The employee who served us came out from the backroom, approached us, and just stood there without acknowledging us. The pizza was old and reheated, the pasta had minimal sauce, the Caesar salad was soggy with soft croutons, and the tomato and cucumber salad was spoiled. When my daughter ordered a fountain drink, the employee only filled the cup halfway and did not add any ice. When we asked questions, the employee spoke so quietly that we could not hear him. He was unprofessional and it was evident he did not want to be there. We ended up throwing away most of our food. Additionally, we made a purchase at the truck stop on our way out, but the employee at the register was also unhelpful, making us wait while he finished using his phone. This was a truly terrible experience and we will not be returning.

I previously dined at a different Sbarro location and was not satisfied. The pizzas at this restaurant are only offered in one size, which I found to be overpriced. The quality of the pizza was subpar compared to a frozen Tombstone pizza. However, the gentleman working at the counter was friendly.
